WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 1, 2009 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 1, 2009 You get this CSS code in your email templates when you copy text directly into the rich text editor of WHMCS from a Microsoft Office application. Their apps adds a lot of unecessary CSS code. You either need to enclose that CSS code in {literal}{/literal} tags or better yet, first copy the text to Notepad, and then copy and paste from notepad into the online text editor to remove any of the formatting MS adds and you can then format it again within WHMCS if required. Gears
Not sure if this is related but: if you go to a clients profile page then go to the Emails tab to resend an email, you might see a similar error. Could be a bug.

diligent
Not sure if this is related but: if you go to a clients profile page then go to the Emails tab to resend an email, you might see a similar error. Could be a bug. I get this as well when trying to re-send an e-mail. Following Alliance's post does work (removing the first line), however shouldn't there be an easier way to re-send an e-mail? Cheers
