bullsquirrel
I have an odd situation; I could get email piping to work just fine via email forwarder from the domain my WHMCS is installed on. However, I cannot get piping to behave when importing by POP from a domain hosted on a different server. I did verify that the remotely-hosted email account is receiving email properly; it's just evidently not being imported into WHMCS. The CRON appears to be set up correctly, as it reports a POP Import Log every five minutes, though no new tickets appear, and no action (error or otherwise) is reported in the WHMCS Utilities > Ticket Mail Import Log. Also, the emails are not being removed from the remote POP account. I even deleted the other support department, removing my forwarder, so now the only department which exists is the one using the POP Import function. Still no joy. Any suggestions on what I could look for to fix this?
