YodaCows
When you're sending a message to a client you have the option to save it. But where can I delete those saved messages? I don't see anything for it in WHMCS, and I can't find them in the DB either. ~YC
DataHosts
I hope you are referring to emails sent to clients as that is what I am answering here, but if not I apologize. Go to the client you are wanting to delete the messages, click on last tab "Email", and from this screen you can delete whatever messages you wish.
YodaCows
Thanks, but that's not what I meant. However, you made me look around WHMCS again and it appears the saved messages are added to the General Messages section in the Email Templates page, with Edit and Delete icons right there. Furthermore, I just checked the DB and the email templates are in fact in a table, called none other than tblemailtemplates....so you could manually delete them too. Wow, I guess my brain wasn't functioning very well last night...I just answered all my own questions. In my defense, it was pretty late  ~YC
