janusjuice Posted December 25, 2008 Share Posted December 25, 2008 I recently upgraded to the newest ed. of WHMCS, 3.8.1. I was searching the application for upgrade problems and inevitably noticed that when I am inside a client account, and I click on 'support tickets' a list is populated, however, when I choose to view a specific ticket, I see everything (my template, side nav., etc.) except for the ticket.
