Matt Wade
That's a really good questions and I don't think there is any method for this built into WHMCS. The example you give is the perfect reason that this should exist. Outside of WHMCS you can obviously query the DB and retrieve the email addresses, but I don't think that is what you are after .
dansgalaxy
No i supose it would be possible to play about and create a mass mail addon which can use custom fields... but i dont have have the time at the moment Hmm it really is a must i think I ended up having to just send it to all active clients, which wasnt ideal at all Dan
SilverNodashi
I've been looking for an option like this as well, but see it doesn't work. So, how about a feature request then?
ChrisGooding
It would be great if this existed in WHMCS, possibly something in the client area that clients could then check to opt out of mailings. I guess I'm saying it would be good either way.. opt in or opt out.
Matt Wade
I've been thinking about this feature and it actually wouldn't be that hard to implement in within the constraints of the system. I'll work on a module/customization to do this.
