merlinpa1969 Posted December 19, 2008 Share Posted December 19, 2008 Hello, WE are looking for a way to grab information from the gateway log and display it in the failed cc email basically we want to grab the response reason text we want ONLY to know if it was declined, expired or avs mismatch. and we want to add this to the failed cc email so that customers know why they are getting the email we dont want any information other than 1 The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder. 2 This transaction has been declined. 3 The credit card has expired. or similar responses from other gateways I just spent 45 minutes getting screamed at because all the email said was failed, and the client spent all day yesterday at the bank trying to find out why it was being declined.
