Recurring Amount

Should the "Recurring Amount" for domains update for all exisiting users when you update the recurring price for your domains?

 

I have update the Recurring Amount for domains, however this is only being applied to new customers, and old customers are still being charged the old Recurring Amount.

Any product price changes in WHMCS only affect new customers...very handy if they're on a fixed-price contract. If you want to change existing customers' prices you can just do it through the database.
