merlinpa1969 Posted December 16, 2008 Share Posted December 16, 2008 we had a similar issue when we first started testing, this is from Joe ( answered my ticket ) worked like a charm Hi Sounds like you have a firewall blocking the connection. The port being used depends on what module you are using but for cPanel it would be 2086/2087, Plesk 8443, DirectAdmin 2222, etc... You will need to allow for incoming and outgoing connections on both the local and remote servers. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
