Gears Posted December 15, 2008 Share Posted December 15, 2008 Before the 3.8.1 release, when you clicked the "Open New Support Ticket" link from within the client's profile, the client was already chosen. Now after 3.8.1 you have to choose the client once the ticket screen appears. Not such a big thing, but it did save time. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Two good things I noticed though was that the drop down list has the company name in it now and you also have the option under General Settings, Other to make the client drop down to show company name first (not sorted alphabetically, but hey it's a start!)
