yamaharr1
I have my WHMCS under SSL, I have a few programs in the download section and for a user to be able to download them they must be logged in but if I visit the downloads section while I am "not" logged in and I click on one of the downloads it redirects me to the servers 404 error page, you know the green one with the generic cpanel text on it. If I am logged in everything works fine. I would think it should return an error to the user telling them they are not logged in or informing them to log in before trying to download.
tomdchi
check the configuration page on the admin and make sure your url(s) are set properly. Don't forget the trailing / at the end.
yamaharr1
The url's and trailing slash are set right. The funny thing is if you are logged in everything works fine but if not logged in then the servers 404 page.
yamaharr1
The problem was the mod rewrite, I totally forgot about it. When you make the changes for security and move the files you end up moving the download file but I forgot to change the SEO friendly mod rewrite location.
