[FIXED] Configurable Options cannot be deleted

I've upgraded to WHMCS 3.8.1

 

I'm unable to delete a item/option from configurable options. It simple redirects me back to where i started. :o

 

Configurable Options > Product Group > Edit Category 1(ex. RAM) > Delete an option(ex. 2 GB) and it redirects me to Configurable Options Page.
