handsonwebhosting Posted December 9, 2008 Share Posted December 9, 2008 The Client Area Details Reminder and the Package Info are two different things. Since a single client can have multiple cpanel logins for their hosting accounts etc, you'd be best sending a details reminder on the client area (as setup) and they can then log into the client area and view the details of the package through the system. If you want to send a package details reminder, you can go to the package and then send them details through that area. But the Client Details Email should be Client Details, and the Package Details should be a Package Details Reminder Email. Just make a new template for "Products/Services" and then add the following: Domain: {$service_domain} Username: {$service_username} Password: {$service_password} Hosting Package: {$service_product_name} 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
