I would like to know what you do, share with us!

 

What you do with:

 

1- Expired domains: Do you delete or keep record in database? What do you think about request an archive domains feature?

 

2- Uncompleted orders: Do you just cancel or cancel and delete the orders that users don't pay?!

 

3- Cancel customers: Do you just close account or delete user too?

 

4- Products/Services canceled: Do you just cancel and keep record?

Here's what we do:

 

1) Expired Domains - We keep it in the database so we have a record of it

2) Uncompleted Orders - We delete these after 3 days if not paid

3) Cancel Customers - We set to closed, remove credit card details

4) Products/Services Cancelled - We set to cancelled and keep the details on the record as many customers come back weeks, months and even years later.
