Dr. Bogger Posted December 6, 2008 Share Posted December 6, 2008 I noticed today, that the Income Summary Under the admin home, is showing alot more Monthly Income than the Income Forecast under reports is.... WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 6, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 6, 2008 The Income Summary on the admin homepage is an estimation of what you will receive within the next 12 months if all active and suspended products/services/addons & domains renew. Biennial payments are divided by 2, and domains renewal prices are divided by the registration period. The Income Forecast report on the other hand is a more accurate projection, counting the income you will get if all active accounts renew. The projection is for a period of 2 years and shows the breakdown of how much you get for each billing cycle each month based on items next due dates and future due dates.
