Help with email probs

I just downloaded WHMCS and installed it last night.

 

When submitting a ticket to a support department (Abuse Department) that is hidden I get all the emails from the support desk but I get this reply as well, just kinda curious if anyone knows what it is as with these emails piped to supportsuite I never get this problem:
