Hello. I have already opened a ticket on this issue, but it may be easier thing to fix, so hope anyone can know the fix of the issue.

We have a problem with invoice generation. We have just upgraded to 3.8 and invoices are not working now.

My settings.

Default Order Form Template: Default

Auto Redirect on Checkout: Select to automatically redirect the user to the gateway

When customer add an order, after Complete Order he his being redirected to the page where it is said:

Thank you for your order. You will receive a confirmation email shortly.

Your Order Number is: 4859237720

If you have any questions about your order, please open a support ticket from your client area and quote your order number.

But no any invoice is generated in clients area.

Problem occurs for all gateways and all order forms.

Strange problem. Hope this is not a big bug in system. Any fix?

Hayk,

We had this same issue so I know the issue can be fixed.

Matt informed me that it was due to an SQL related error with an invalid query with the taxrate2 column in the tblinvoices table on some configurations.

He uploaded a query to pass a zero instead of null and fixed the issue.

My suggestion is to lodge a ticket to Matt and he can fix this up.

Cheers,

Dale E
