Zeon
Hey Guys, Well I have got the back of my Joomla integration broken. At this stage I just need to put order links on products throughout the rest of the site. I have removed parts of WHMCS I don't need such as downloads etc. as Joomla will serve me better here but I thought it was a decent start! I'll be looking at somehow synchronizing the user tables in MySQL between Joomla and WHMCS for a proper bridge. I'm not very technical in this area so if someone knows some PHP/MySQL and is interested in helping could you let me know? http://web-2u.co.nz/index.php/Management.html
ihostgreen
Nice Are you using a wrapper for the integration or is that a header and footer integration? Looks good, you should replace the WHMCS icons with one that fit your look and it will be perfect!
Zeon
Thanks for the feedbak, Yes it is a wrapper, thought it would be the easiest way to maintain it as WHMCS upgrades over time etc. rather than full blown integration. I don't think it's a problem being done this way. In regards to the icons, I don't think they are too bad. In a previous life I was a crystal style icon junkie but not so much anymore =p. Any collections you think would suit it?
ihostgreen
I think something like http://www.istockphoto.com/file_closeup/arts-and-entertainment/arts-symbols/7265101-matte-black-icons.php?id=7265101 Would be nice... But thats my personal opinion. On a whole wrapper is good for Joomla. Nice site well done

Zeon
Thanks for the suggestion - I have changed the icons out. To be honest I wanted to go with the blue to stop the site getting too dark. They are also based on my tempalte and just use standard photoshop shapes: http://web-2u.co.nz/index.php/Management.html
Zeon
I have also just added the mootools fade over effect using a black. Looks pretty good now IMO

Zeon
Just a quick question - in which file do you alter the black text under each icon?
keliix06
They are stored in language strings, but you can also edit homepage.tpl.
