Can WHMCS monitor bandwidth usage on VPS & Dedicated Servers?

Bandwidth monitoring is something that should be proformed by your "System Management Panel (Cpanel, Helm)." You are able to add pages to your WHMCS that can pull data from these systems, but this is not one of the core functions of WHMCS. WHMCS is created at a CRM (Invoicing, Ordering, Customer Relation) system. It's main interactions with servers are for Account triggered actions such as, creation, suspension, deletion of services.

No - WHMCS does not monitor it. You need to use management software that can be installed on the VPS or Dedicated server to do this. (as stated above).

mrtg will help with graphing - but there should be tools provided by your data center or possibly the control panel you are using.

WHMCS does not monitor it, nor bill for overages etc.

If you don't want to take on a custom project, you may want to contact WHMCS directly and see if they can program something for you.

There are very few automated systems for the bandwidth monitoring and charging. The only other thing (if you only have a few servers) is to export a report from your hosting company and then manually bill your customers that need additional fees etc.

Check with your hosting company to see what sort of monitoring charts they output, then contact WHMCS to see if they can integrate a custom solution for you.
