Cannot add ticket from Browser

We cannot add tickets from the browser, if we are

 

Support > Client Area Logon > My Support Tickets > Submit New Ticket

 

and try to add a ticket we get:

# Please enter your name # Please enter your email address # The email address you entered was not valid # Please enter the security code shown in the image - this is required to prevent automated submissions #

 

If we are not logged in it complains

# Please enter the security code shown in the image - this is required to prevent automated submissions #

 

Any thoughts?
