Host4cheap
Hi I recently registered a DirectI Domain Reseller from http://domains.whmcs.com I had configured the settings in Domain Pricing and Domain Registrar. Yesterday, first time one new client registered a domain. He has Payed the Invoice but his domain hasnt been registered. His order says Registrar : NONE Stutus : Pending Did i do something wrong Also, i think i didnt add funds to my main Domain Reseller Account, can that be the reason. Although i have just added funds to the Reseller Account. How do i register that client a Domain so he has the ownership to it and not I. Please Help Regards

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 4, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 4, 2006 You are not be able to cancel a domain and get a refund. You would lose the money. Matt
DerekFL
The best way to handle a chargeback is to avoid them in the first place. MaxMind will help you avoid a great majority of the fraudulent transactions that take place, but nothing works better than human intervention.
Joel
ICANN allows you to cancel a domain within the first 4 days (or something like that), but you're still charged a $1 fee. There's a link under the domain management options in DirectI.
