Automatic Service Cancellation?

Some time back I changed the settings for a couple of domains so that although payment reminders go out, the accounts wont get suspended when the payment is missed or late. However, I need to change this back now but cant seem to recall where I modify which accounts get suspended or terminated when invoices are not paid. Where do I do this?
