Hi, I have a voice servers website and I would like to have all my products on the same order page with drop down lists like this:

 

1- Number of voice slots

2- Location of the server

3- Billing cycle

 

I know how to have "location and billing cycle" on the same page but I would like to add "number of slots" too and I've search on this forum about it but did'nt find any post about it.
