An error occurred in communicating with the GeoTrust API

I'm still testing my configuration, but have finally moved up to purchases SSL through eNom. I receive the "SSL Certificate Configuration Required" email and click the link. That times out sometimes, but I think that's a whole different issue. I then fill in all the information including my CSR and click continue. Then I get the error below.

# An error occurred in communicating with the GeoTrust API: [code: -2019] [MESSAGE: State/Province value is invalid. If the Organization is in the USA or Canada, please select State/Province from the drop-down. Otherwise, please enter a State/Province manually.] #

Any ideas? I assume this should work while in testing mode. The module is Certificate-GeoTrust-TrueBizID.

I am having the same exact problem, did you ever find the solution?

It seems the radio button selections for US State/Province/Not Applicable is not being sent.. It isn't even on the configuration form.

Here is the response I received from enom.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Technical Support. Off the error message I would assume that there is some information missing while you are trying to finalize the csr and or that you need to pre configure the domain in question if its something like a .ca., eu., co.uk, etc..

With out the input that you are using though it would be hard to tell exactly what the issue would be. Also this should work in test mode as well.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions regarding this matter.

Thank you,

I emailed whmcs support, and never heard confirmation that it was fixed, nor have a tried to purchase another. I removed those items from the list for now. I was hoping the 3.8.1 update would fix it, but haven't had time to update.
