Winagain
I am not sure if this is a bug, but here goes: When I create/suspend/terminate an account using WHM directly, I receive a notification from my server. However, when I use WHMCS, I don't receive these emails. Is this normal? I would prefer to have receive them. Or is it something I have to configure? fishingfool
I would look at your email templates to see what settings are checked.
FPForum
Here is how mine works... WHMCS sends the command to the server. The server performs the command and notifies me via email (set in WHM). The email goes to my blackberry. Try using a different email address. Also, check and make sure the email address is set under "Server Configuration"..Look for Basic cPanel/WHM Setup
