On the Domain Options page where you can select

I want The Host to register a new domain for me.

I want to transfer my domain to The Host

I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain.

When choosing option 1 or 2 and putting in a domain name and choose the tld as in .com or .net than clicking on check button, the domain name clears out in the field and nothing.

I am using DirectI for the registrar and have all the info plugged in as it needs to be. Now keep in mind this all was working and has been til I upgraded to 3.7.2.

Before I found out that this part of the system was not working, we was not getting new support tickets that was open sent to the email address that we have sent to forward to. This is funny cause all I had to do to fix that was to just click save in the Edit Administrator screen for each admin. After doing that all was well and seem to be working after I did the save.

Now for the Options page not going anywhere and clearing out the domain name, I have went into all settings in the admin side and checked to see if things was still set the same and saved each page hoping that would fix this problem like it did for the forwarding the tickets. No go after doing all that. So I changed the form that was being used and still nothing happens.

Any Ideas as to what could be wrong?????
