Quantum Gateway Error Handling

Gears

Recommended Posts

Can someone that is using quantum gateway provide some clarification on this for me:

I am doing some testing with the test cc numbers. I entered in a CVV2 and/or zip code that would purposely cause the transaction to fail. How is the customer supposed to know it failed? They receive the automatic email, but they might not check their email right away.

So should Quantum Gateway display the error to the customer notifying him/her that the transaction failed? Should WHMCS display the error? As of right now, once the transaction fails the user is just redirected right back to the invoice, without any notification of the failure.
