New Product, Configuration, and Billing

I would like to know if the following is possible and if so how to go about setting it up in WHMCS.

 

I would like to start offering hosted Zimbra Mail. I want to be able to charge the following prices based on the number of accounts.

 

1-5 Hosted Zimbra Accounts for $6.95 per account

6-10 Hosted Zimbra Accounts $6.65 per account

11-20 Hosted Zimbra Accounts $6.50 per account

21-50 Hosted Zimbra Accounts $6.25 per account

51-100 Hosted Zimbra Accounts $6.00 per account

100-250 Hosted Zimbra Accounts $5.95 per account

251-500 Hosted Zimbra Accounts $5.50 per account

501+ Hosted Zimbra Accounts $5.25 per account

 

I also want to be able to set up monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and biennial billing for the same products/services.

 

I understand that the account won't be set up and that I must manually provision them or develop my own API. My question is how in WHMCS do I need to set up the product for this.
