Can not Assign an Affiliate to an Existing Order

Hello,

 

I follow the guide at http://wiki.whmcs.com/Affiliates to assign an affiliate to an existing Order

But there is no Affiliate Referral section at the bottom of every order detail pages.

 

I just update WHMCS to the lastest version 3.7.2.

I check orther system with 3.6.1 version, Affiliate Referral section is work, so I think this is bugs of 3.7.2 version.

 

Please help,
