eNom - Domain confirmation email not received

Whenever we register domains using enom, we donot get an email confirmation from enom. But when buy addon services like private-whois / ssl-certificates, the email confirmations are received.

 

Contacted eNom and they said "As an API command is being issue can you please send me a copy of the API string?"....

 

Anyone know what the API string is or how to fix this?
