Different DNS host entries in ENOM for multiple servers

I have a problem in my configuration planning. I want to offer both Windows and Linux hosting, Plesk and Cpanel. With only one server I can configure the dns settings to point to my single Plesk server and everything will work correctly. I'm having problems planning my second server DNS configuration.

 

Here are my requirements:

1. Each domain must have a primary and secondary dns server on different servers.

2. The initial configuration must point www and mail to the appropriate server depending on what product was purchased.

 

With two different products on two different servers how can I configure DNS appropriately depending on which server the hosting will be configured?

 

Primary DNS can either be the Plesk server with secondary at Enom or Primary at Enom with seconday either at Enom or on Plesk.

 

I realize there are setting in the product and registrar settings that are probably related to this question, but I'm having trouble getting the correct DNS entries that point to the correct server.
