Hello all

 

New to this area, I'm looking for a solution to combine a software shopping cart and help desk ticketing software package for a new site. I installed whmcs on my server, but it appears your more driven to hosting domains and service related to web masters. But since this site appears to be used by hosting companies, I figured people here could advice packages that work as both needs (helpdesk and sales for software).

we have recently developed a similar app we used joomla + virtuemart + billets

WHMCS can be used as helpdesk and sale system for software. For it you may need to buy not only WHMCS, but also it's licensing module.
