balebond Posted November 10, 2008 Share Posted November 10, 2008 Not sure how long this has been an issue (I'm on on 3.7.1) but the only product message emails sending upon product order are "Hosting Account Welcome Email (cPanel)" when hosting accounts are purchased. I have non-hosting packages that aren't triggering any emails although the Products & Services admin has them configured to do so. For example, I have a marketing package set to the "Other Product/Service Welcome Email" and another product with a custom welcome email template but they never get sent... whether new or existing customers. However just to clarify, all the other expected emails go out... like Order Confirmation, Credit Card Payment Confirmation, etc. Any ideas? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
balebond Posted November 12, 2008 Author Share Posted November 12, 2008 FYI, per Matt: With these other products, as they aren't linked to modules, the emails won't ever go out automatically.
