Using Subdomains

A little more info.

The account gets created in WHM and the CPanel login info works. In Cpanel it shows correctly. If I log into my main (22gigs.com) cpanel account it won't let me add moneyblogger.22gigs.com as a subdomain and says:

Error from domain wrapper: moneyblogger.22gigs.com is owned by another user.

Don't know if it helps or not. I'm not totally sure it's a WHMCS issue but I don't know where else to turn.

Did you login to your 22gigs.com cPanel and create the subdomin from within your 22gigs.com cPanel? If not that is how it should have been done.

I tried that and it didn't work. Either way, it shouldn't be done manually, it should happen automatically. I know other hosts don't create every subdomain individually. I know a setting is wrong somewhere, just don't know where it is.
