365webradio Posted November 8, 2008 Share Posted November 8, 2008 (edited) I need you all help .. our payment gateway , is authorise .net when we input the credit card infomation this is the error message we get its very fastrating ..The credit card details you entered were invalid. Please try a different card or contact support. we have tried different cards and we have been working the authorise .net gate way in test mode i need some help please. WisTex Posted November 12, 2008 Share Posted November 12, 2008 Under the transactions menu, go to "View Gateway Log." It will show you the real error. Rae Posted December 5, 2008 Share Posted December 5, 2008 I am having the same error show2 up. I checked the Gateway Log and the error I am getting is: Declined=DECLINED:1000270001:Invalid merchant: I am using the Merchant Partners gateway and the Login ID that I used in the Configuration is the AcctID issued by Merchant Partners. Merchant Partners says that we don't have to use the Transaction Key field as it will be ignored. So all is configured correctly, but I am still getting the error.
