I need you all help .. our payment gateway , is authorise .net

when we input the credit card infomation this is the error message we get its very fastrating ..The credit card details you entered were invalid. Please try a different card or contact support. we have tried different cards and we have been working the authorise .net gate way in test mode i need some help please.

Under the transactions menu, go to "View Gateway Log." It will show you the real error. If your gateway is not configured right, it will show the error you mentioned above to customers, but the real error will be logged in the Gateway Log.

Am I missing something,

I checked the response code and it said needed a transaction key.

so I went and disabled the current and created a NEW key and it still isnt working.

 

and I know the transaction key is good cause it works on my live site.

I am having the same error show2 up. I checked the Gateway Log and the error I am getting is:

 

Declined=DECLINED:1000270001:Invalid merchant:

 

I am using the Merchant Partners gateway and the Login ID that I used in the Configuration is the AcctID issued by Merchant Partners. Merchant Partners says that we don't have to use the Transaction Key field as it will be ignored. So all is configured correctly, but I am still getting the error. Is anyone else using Merchant Partners who can tell me what I need to do to get this to work?
