Drac0
I transfered a domain name from my GoDaddy account to my Reseller Club account. Everything went successfully and shows up as what I think is correct in my admin pages. ID: X Domain: mydomain.tld Client Name: My Name Reg Date: 11/04/2008 Reg Period: 1 Registrar: Resellerclub Amount: $10.50 Expiry Date: 08/24/2010 In the client area under my account it shows: Registration Date: 11/04/2008 Domain: mydomain.tld Payment Method: Credit Card First Payment Amount: $15.49 USD (price diff is id protection) Recurring Amount: $15.49 USD Next Due Date: 11/04/2009 Registration Period: 1 Year/s Status: Active If the expiry date is 08/24/2010, why would the next due date show as 11/04/2009 in the client area? Should it not charge anything until the expiration is near? Did I misconfigure something?
chickendippers
The dates default to a year after the date of being added to WHMCS. When the Domain Syncronisation Cron runs the due and expiry dates will be updated correctly. You can of course update them manually now if you wish.
Drac0
Ok, I'll wait a couple days more, I think. The wiki instructions said to have the cron script run every few days... so I'll wait to see what happens when it does run. Thanks, Chickendippers.
