If no configuration skip configuration page?

Is it possible to skip the configuration page if there is no configurations?

 

going to a product link and going straight to the checkout view cart page.

 

Is this possible?

 

EDIT:

 

For example I go to a product link that has no configuration options and it says this:

 

The product/service you have chosen has the following configuration options for you to choose from.

 

I think it would be better to go straight to the next page.
