A few questions...

Dannyarr

Question

Hello, I currently have a WHMCS license through one of your resellers. I have a few questions:

1.) Is it possible to get a license from you directly, and then simply change it in my existing install without doing a fresh install?

2.) If I sign up with you, and get a ENOM Reseller Account from you, then after a few months / years discontinue the use of WHMCS... what happens to the ENOM account? Will it remain there as a standard account with everything working as before or would I need to pay their regular signup fees.

3.) If I use 2checkout as my payment gateway, is credit card data stored locally in WHMCS or on 2co's site? If it's stored locally, is there a way to have it stored on 2co's site only?

Thanks.

Hi,

1. Yes, you can change the license key your WHMCS systems by going to Help > Change License Key and entering the new key there

2. The Enom account will remain unchanged

3. No credit card details are stored locally inside WHMCS when using 2CheckOut.
