Applying promo codes to domain add-on's

Maybe i'm missing something but i can't seem to apply discounts to the add-on items for domains (such as DNS management, or Privacy Protection).

 

If i create a promotion code at 100% discount there is no option in the select box to apply the promo code to DNS management or Privacy Protection.

 

As such when that promo code is applied to a domain order and privacy protection is selected they are still charged for that feature but the domain itself is free.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
