glenco68
Help; I can't figure this out. I accidentally deleted a domain name from my WHMCS client control panel. It was also deleted from the individual client's control panel. It is still in my Directi ResellerClub control panel though. It is under my account (me as the customer) and shows my client as the registrant, which it should. How do I get the domain name back to my WHMCS client area and my client's own control panel? Appreciate any help, have a great day!
herpherp
The easiest route would probably to use your sql backup from the previous day.... If you are using cpanel/whm you will probably need to readd in whm the domain name as well.... Or you can just use whmcs and add the domain go to the customer's account in whmcs and then click on "place new order" select the appropriate options that the customer had etc... WisTex
Just add the domain name back as a new order in WHMCS. When it tries to register it with DirectI it will give an error saying it already exists in DirectI, but it still add it to WHMCS. Then update the record in WHMCS with the correct information (next due date, etc.).
