griffe
Hello, Let me start by saying that the improvements in 3.6 are great! Thank's Matt! I'm about to setup the Enom sync however I have a few questions... What exactly does the script sync? Just the Expiry date? or the Next Due Date also? I want to implement this but I don’t want the script to change my "Next Due Billing Dates" or I will have a lot of problems.... The reason I ask is because: In "Configuration > Domain Registrars > Registrar Settings > Enom" It says: "This registrar module has a sync script which can be run periodically to ensure expiry dates, next due dates and domain statuses are always up to date inside your WHMCS system." However in the WIKI here: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Enom It says: "As of V3.6.1, you can now have WHMCS sync the expiry dates of domains you have registered with Enom." Any clarification would be great. Thank you!
Vincent Vega
I tested the script yesterday but it only says "Domain name not found"..
griffe
Umm.. I havent tried it yet since it could cause problems... So I don't know why you would be getting that error... Are you sure you have the API setup properly? Can you register domains via WHMCS with Enom?
keliix06
It syncs the expire date. Then WHMCS sends notifications out based on that expire date as well as your notification preferences.
griffe
So your saying that it wont sync next due days? Only Expiration date? So what it says in the admnistration section is wrong?? Would be nice if you could chose what you want it to sync....
keliix06
I guess our next due date is always the renew date, so I can't tell you what the difference is and if one doesn't sync.
