Support Ticket Pipe - Need Help

Ok, here is the deal.....

 

I setup fowarder in cpanel to pipe emails from support@weswebdesign.com

 

It works!

 

But here is the problem....

 

I am getting 2 emails to support@weswebdesign.com

 

1 - actual email sent from client

2 - support ticket opened

 

 

 

Ok, Also - When I reply to the support ticket opened to reply to the client, it does not go through the support ticket system. Just sends as a regular email.

 

 

How do I fix the reply, also, how do I get only 1 email that is from support ticket opened? Please help. Thanks!
