Customer Unable to use Stored Cards

Hi Guys,

We have an issue whereby a customer cannot use the card details stored on file for them if they wish to pay an invoice.

It gives an error that it has been declined by the bank. The output from the Gateway log is as follows:

VPSProtocol => 2.22

Status => NOTAUTHED

StatusDetail => 2000 : The Authorisation was Declined by the bank.

VPSTxId => [listED BUT REMOVED FOR SECURITY]

SecurityKey => [listED BUT REMOVED FOR SECURITY]

TxAuthNo =>

AVSCV2 => DATA NOT CHECKED

AddressResult => NOTPROVIDED

PostCodeResult => NOTPROVIDED

CV2Result => NOTPROVIDED

3DSecureStatus => OK

However, if I try to charge the same card from the backend admin panel, it goes through without a single problem with the following log details:

VPSProtocol => 2.22

Status => OK

StatusDetail => 0000 : The Authorisation was Successful.

VPSTxId => [listED BUT REMOVED FOR SECURITY]

SecurityKey => [listED BUT REMOVED FOR SECURITY]

TxAuthNo => [listED BUT REMOVED FOR SECURITY]

AVSCV2 => DATA NOT CHECKED

AddressResult => NOTPROVIDED

PostCodeResult => NOTPROVIDED

CV2Result => NOTPROVIDED

3DSecureStatus => NOTCHECKED

Any idea why this might not be authorising when a client attempts to re-use a card, but goes through ok when we process the card on the backend?

Thanks!

Jo
