Invoice Created Template

I'm trying to edit the invoice created template to display mailing instruction for clients that pay by mail.

 

So, is there anyway to put an if statement here that if they are paying by mail then list the mailing details below?

 

Your payment method is: {$invoice_payment_method}

 

Also, is there a list of all the variables that WHMCS has for reference?

Yes, on the right hand side of the edit template screen (version 3.7.1+).
