adam_leerox
I have email POP3 Import setup for our tickets, all is fine however attachments do not seem to come though. Is this how it is supposed to work or should the attachments come though when someone responds to a ticket via their email program? Thanks
chickendippers
This is how it works for us, so I assume it's by design.
adam_leerox
That's a shame, it really defeats the purpose of the tickets when we need to get the client to send the attachments to an alternative email to the ticketing system.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 22, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 22, 2008 Attachments are imported (or are meant to be in your case) when using the pipe and pop email import methods. Matt
