Affiliate ID on checkout

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to have a place to enter an affiliate ID when the client orders hosting. Maybe at the checkout screen, the client could manually enter an ID. This is only when the client did not follow a banner link, then he could enter it manually.

 

I have checked all over, but could not find anything.

 

Any feedback would be appreciated.
