Hayk Posted October 14, 2008 Share Posted October 14, 2008 Hi. I am testing knowledgebase suggestions and it seems it doesn't work for me. I have enabled it in General Settings/Support/Knowledgebase Suggestions, I have added an article with the name "PayPal" and submitted a new ticket with "PayPal" in the name and text of ticket. herpherp Posted October 14, 2008 Share Posted October 14, 2008 It takes at least 5 articles with 20 words before the knowledgebase search functions because it uses a MySQL full text search for phrase/inference matching and so MySQL needs an index before that starts to work. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
