text labels in clientarea no longer visible

In the clientarea section, I have noticed that WHMCS icons no longer have labels under them such as 'My Details' and 'My Hosting Packages.

 

Only Support and Logout have their text labels next to (or under) the icons.

 

The rest are the icons only.

 

This just recently started happening and we can not find anything that was changed to cause this.

 

Has anyone seen this before?
