Inetbiz
Is anyone working on a comodo API?
handsonwebhosting
We were, but stopped because Comodo decided to change the rules of the game on us. For the past 4 years we've been selling Comodo SSL Certs under our Partnership name "Hands-on SSL", now (for no reason), Comodo has decided to stop how we are selling our certs and requiring that we receive FAX documenation of Business Licenses of all orders. This just kills the automation process in it's tracks, so we tehn abandonded the API that we were working on. I would hope that they reconsider how they're handling their API for Partners (we've invested tens of thousands over the years with them, but since they've pulled this on a PARTNER we're now even looking at going back and offering GeoTrust SSL since it requires the same work).
Inetbiz
Talk to your rep. They can set you up a hosting reseller account where YOU get to do ALL of the validations for your clients. I have both a reseller and a hosting reseller account, now. And, plan on getting the secure fax reseller account.
XN-Matt
I did raise a ticket about getting Comodo support but didn't really get anything out of it. (Also forwarded full docs) and Comodos API is well documented.
