webresellers
If you have a customer that pays with a paypal subscription, and it fails to process 2 times (maybe due to lack of funds), the subscription will be cancelled, their account is already suspended, and they dont have an invoice created because they were setup with a paypal subscription, so the customer has no way to send money and get their account unsuspended without this whole processed being resolved manually. Does anyone have any suggestions on an automated process? This might require Matt to come up with a solution and some kind of a modification. If the customer knows what they owe, they should be able to send money and get their account unsuspended somehow.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 11, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 11, 2006 If a PayPal Subscriptions Customer has still not paid 5 days after the due date, can't you just switch them to PayPal Invoices so an invoice is generated for them to pay. Then as soon as they pay it - if they ever do - their account will be unsuspended. Matt
amnesia
when clients on subscriptions cancel, how about automatically creating a new link to create a new SUBSCRIPTION (not invoice) and email it to the client along with a message that they will have access back once they re-signup I think that would be a better idea, plus it KEEPS clients on that automatic subscription that I love so much anyone agree?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 21, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 21, 2006 Hi, If you check the V3 feature list in the announcements section you will see that a resubscribe link has been added to the client area. Matt
